Business Lending Blueprint (BLB) is an educational training company. We are not a lender and do not make loans. All financing is provided by independent third-party lenders and is subject to their approval.

No earnings claims

We make no guarantee of income, earnings or results of any kind. Any income you earn depends on your effort, experience, contacts, market conditions, lender decisions, your state's rules and many other factors outside our control. Many people who buy any training program, including ours, earn little or nothing.

Referral fees and licensing

When a deal you refer or broker funds, the lender pays your fee directly when the deal funds. If it doesn't fund, there's no fee. Fee amounts vary by deal and lender. Licensing requirements for business loan brokers vary by state, and some states and licensed professions restrict referral fees. Check your state's rules. This is not legal advice.
